Clay and Yarrow was founded out of a necessity to return to my body.
To work with my hands.
To be guided by ancient knowledge.

It lives in the slow craftsmanship of ceramics.
It lives in my devotion to herbal wisdom, rooted in the old traditions. It moves through me in bodywork, where I gather all that I have lived and learned.

Always, I return to the same questions.
How do I come back to my body?
How do I stay there?
How do I create? How do I embody all that I’m feeling?

Clay and Yarrow is my way of listening for these answers.
